Chris is an Austin-based entrepreneur, investor, and real estate developer driven to modernize the commercial real estate industry. In 2006, Chris founded SkylesBayne which transacted over $1 billion in commercial lease transactions over its 12-year history. In early 2018, Chris joined forces with tech entrepreneur Kenny Tomlin to launch Elevate Growth Partners (EGP). While building EGP, Chris and Kenny identified an opportunity to build software that is modernizing the CRE industry. They created AnthemIQ, a transaction management software that allows brokers and clients to go from search to signed lease on a collaborative digital platform. Chris has a passion for developing buildings that inspire people through design and function. He engages this passion through Elevate Development Partners to build architecturally significant offices in Austin.

Kenny is a serial entrepreneur, active angel investor, and advisor to numerous technology and digital media companies. He regularly writes and speaks out as an authority on digital marketing, technology, and entrepreneurship. In 2005, Kenny founded and was CEO of Rockfish, a digital transformation and product development company that was acquired by WPP in 2011. Kenny also founded and served as Executive Chairman of YouEarnedIt.com (now Kazoo), a flexible and collaborative employee-engagement platform that was acquired by Vista Equity in 2018. More recently, Kenny has co-founded Subvrsive, Kasita, and CourtAvenue where he serves as the Executive Chairman and General Partner. As the co-founder and CEO of Elevate Growth Partners, Kenny is focused on radically improving commercial real estate transactions by building and leading a team that is developing industry-transformative software and services.

Brandon joined Elevate Growth Partners in 2019 and manages new project development, including acquisition, entitlements and pre-development, and project management to the delivery of a finished asset. Prior to joining Elevate, Brandon spent nearly 6 years at Schlosser Development, working with the development teams in new project acquisition, entitlements, and project management. A proud Austinite, Brandon attended Saint Stephen’s Episcopal School for middle and high school, before earning his B.S.B.A. in Commercial Construction Management from the Franklin L. Burns School of Real Estate and Construction Management at the University of Denver. In his spare time, Brandon enjoys jogging, live music, the Austin food scene, Texas Longhorn sports, and volunteer work with Caritas Austin, Austin Speech Labs, and Austin ADL, AIPAC and JNF.

Danielle Carrier positions the distinctive Elevate brand in the Austin, TX marketplace. Danielle focuses on designing, developing, and implementing communication programs, media and client events to promote Elevate's brand and unique services. Danielle strengthens relationships in the commercial real estate industry through partnerships, sponsorships, and community engagement. She's passionate about communicating Elevate's tech-first strategy to help Austin business owners find the perfect space that helps them scale and flourish - and equally passionate about how the tidal wave of Texas growth can also be beneficial to local communities. Prior to working at Elevate, Danielle drove Brand and Experiential Marketing at Kendra Scott focusing on brand partnerships, launch and campaign events as well as corporate giving and philanthropic efforts. Prior to her time at Kendra Scott, Danielle led digital and social marketing at W Austin. When Danielle is not seeking out the newest restaurant in town, you can find her playing tennis, spending time on Lake Austin or traveling near and far with friends and family.

Sumner is the Director of Finance at Elevate Development Partners and AnthemIQ, with extensive experience in accounting and finance in real estate development, including involvement with a public-private partnership building spaces in Austin, TX. Sumner oversees accounting operations, analyzes financial data and ensures accuracy of financial information. As a passionate believer in efficiency, Sumner is a diligent, resourceful, collaborative team player who brings integrity and detail to everything she does. In her free time, Sumner enjoys spending time outside (especially hiking and camping) and live music. When Danielle is not seeking out the newest restaurant in town, you can find her playing tennis, spending time on Lake Austin or traveling near and far with friends and family.
